As long as you are good with sharing a small space with your roommate, the rooms are great. Just be prepared for a very small, but well thought out design. Fun technology is packed into each living space. The rooftop area has great city views and is accessible by asking a helpful staff to grant access via the elevator. Lobby bar is well stocked and both bartenders we had were fantastic! A nice find in Union Square.

Probably one of the best CitizenM's I've stayed in (and I've been to a few). The staff really looked after me and were friendly and happy within themselves. The place was really clean and well looked after, and there is a small but nice gym and a charming rooftop. The housekeeping did an excellent job with our room being serviced spotless every day. Nothing beats that fresh hotel room feeling. The breakfast, while expensive, is worth it since you can make a really big meal with all the good stuff. The hotel is secured with street level permanent security staff. The high floors offer a good view and are away from street noise.

I would highly recommend Cityzen M for several reasons: The location is excellent and well-connected. The rooms are high-tech, and the top flats offer beautiful views, though they are somewhat small. The breakfast is really good and fresh. Lastly, the pricing is very reasonable for all that is offered.

Modern, new age hotel. Great location and easy to get around the city. Check in was easy enough. My room was small but new, clean and bright. Hi-tech controls for lights and other room features could be a little confusing at times but not too bad. The bed and pillows were a little firm. Note that the bed was right up against the wall and couldn't be moved. Fine for me staying solo but maybe not for couples. Had the breakfast one morning...expensive but not too bad. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and would happily come back!

My stay was impeccable! Didn't expect much since it was kind-of a cheaper hotel in DT San Francisco, but god I was wrong! Excellent location, 3 minutes away from the train that takes you to and from the airport, extremely clean rooms and bathroom. Rooms are pretty small and well thought out, pretty comfortable for 2 people and 5+ days length stay. Can't ignore the all the adjustments in a room you can make through the IPad - it was great. What I loved the most was the staff! They all are super friendly and helpful and they genuinely seem happy to be working there. And each end every one of them knows how to make a perfect espresso based drinks in the morning :) Liked having the living room instead of a typical lobby, working from there was excellent + you're closer to the breakfast treats, coffee, snacks and free sparking water all day long. Overall - very impressed, one of the best hotels I've ever been to.

This hotel is great, I love self-check in and check out - the process is very easy and fast. Room cleanness is very satisfied. All staffs are nice. ||||I really love their rest area - with big TV screen and Mac computer - wifi is great and very fast. I will visit them again.
